Beginning Yoga

In our beginning yoga class, our instructors break down the basics of individual movements and teach basic yoga fundamentals geared toward the beginner. In addition, the class allows more experienced yoga practitioners to fully develop basic postures.

Vinyasa Yoga / Yoga Flow

Our vinyasa yoga class, also known as yoga flow, fuses poses together in a smooth, synchronized way. Focused breathing becomes an important component in vinyasa yoga, and your instructor will guide you through the poses as you draw power from your inhale and exhale. Vinyasa is translated from Sanskrit, and means “connection.”

Please do not be concerned about a lack of flexibility. You do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. It is called a “practice” for a reason, and you will deepen your practice as you learn to harmonize your body with your breath.

Beginner Cycling Classes
