Yoga Classes for All Levels

At Brielle Sports Club, our yoga classes are held in a peaceful, low-lit environment that inspires complete focus and rejuvenation. You’ll have a full body-mind-spirit experience under the guidance of certified yoga instructors. All you need to bring is a mat, motivation, and an open mind.

If you’re interested in yoga for beginners, do not be concerned about a lack of flexibility. You don’t need to be flexible to practice yoga. It’s called a “practice” for a reason, and you will deepen your practice as you learn to harmonize your body with your breath. BEGINNING YOGA

In our yoga for beginners class, our instructors break down the basics of individual movements and teach basic yoga fundamentals geared toward the beginner. In addition, the class allows more experienced yoga practitioners to fully develop basic postures.

BARRE Classes

Most use a combination of postures inspired by ballet Core and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

PLYOGA

This four-segment fitness system using fundamental yoga postures as an active and fluent recovery for intense plyometric intervals.

PIYO WORKOUT

Our fast-paced yoga and pilates program is fun and effective for burning calories, strengthening your core, and building lean muscle and flexibility.

VINYASA YOGA / YOGA FLOW

Our vinyasa yoga classes, also known as yoga flow, fuses poses together in a smooth, synchronized way. Focused breathing becomes an important component in vinyasa yoga, and your instructor will guide you through the poses as you draw power from your inhale and exhale.
