8:30 am - 9:30 am Mat Pilates – PilatesPilates focuses on the core muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Melanie

Group Exercise Schedule

Fitness is about balance, and Brielle members enjoy a balanced schedule containing aerobics, cycling, Pilates, yoga, muscle conditioning, sculpting, and interval class formats. Offering a guided exercise experience that caters to a variety of levels, our group fitness programs are a fun way to make friends, learn something new, and challenge yourself to achieve your goals.
