Beginner CyclingIndoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity (race days) and recovery, that involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. You are in control of your own resistance the entire ride.

BodyBlastBodyBlast is interval training at it's best! Beginning with a dynamic warm up, you go through 3 minutes of fat blasting cardio and then 90 seconds of a strong lift to build muscle. Modify as you need to, push it because you want to!!

Brielle Sports Club is equipped with a full-sized basketball court and pick-up leagues are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
