CyclingIndoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity (race days) and recovery, that involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. You are in control of your own resistance the entire ride.

Power Kickboxing GlovesLearn the basics and gain the power in this action packed class! Learn a series of punches and then introduce strong kicks as you create combinations, fight muscle fatigue and burn crazy calories!! Gloves are required.
