Upcoming Classes

Sweat 16Looking to squeeze in a quick workout in the morning...? This half hour class has been created to fit into your busy schedule! It combines basic moves that are easy to follow. The results will improve both your Aerobic and Anaerobic systems. Sweat 16 combines 4 exercises performed at high intensity for 20 seconds each followed by a 10 second rest. The set of exercises are then repeated 4 times thus totaling 16 minutes. Warmup, stretching and cool down round out the 30 minutes. You will be adding something new and different to your exercise program that will create a positive impact on your body and your mind.

YogaMake the mind/body connection as you are put through a series of poses, stretches and holds that incorporate inner strength partnering with mental capabilities. Let it all go and gain new acceptance to what your mind and body are willing to overcome.

CyclingIndoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity (race days) and recovery, that involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. You are in control of your own resistance the entire ride.

Power PumpBody Blast is interval training at it's best! Beginning with a dynamic warm up, you go through 3 minutes of fat blasting cardio and then 90 seconds of a strong lift to build muscle. Modify as you need to, push it because you want to!!

Mat PilatesPilates focuses on the core muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Power YogaPower yoga is a rigorous from of yoga characterized by a flowing series of poses practiced in continual and mindful succession, with an emphasis on synchronizing breath with movement. This high energy practice is accessible to anyone with a familiarity of yoga and moderate level of fitness. Modifications are always introduced to accommodate everyone's own pace.
