CyclingIndoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity (race days) and recovery, that involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. You are in control of your own resistance the entire ride.

Barre.Class /Mat PilatesBarre has origins in dance,ballet No tapshoes, leotards, or any fancy footwork are required. Pilates focuses on the core muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Brielle Sports Club is equipped with a full-sized basketball court and pick-up leagues are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Along with offering increased stamina and a full-body workout, volleyball is a fun way to get fit and make friends. Brielle Sports Club welcomes players of all ages and levels to participate in our fall and winter volleyball leagues for men and co-eds
